Valley.
This is one of Europe's most ancient cheeses and is still produced according
to traditional handcrafting methods and under the protection of the Guardianship
Consortium.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Produced using partially skimmed cow's milk. A hard cheese that undergoes
long and attentive ageing and has a fine grain and straw-yellow color.
Full and refined taste with unmistakable flavor.

Extraordinary organoleptic properties: a medium-lean cheese, low in fats
and water but with a wealth of minerals ranging from magnesium to calcium,
from phosphorous to iodine plus many vitamins. It gives a big energy boost
and is easily digested.
DINING
SUGGESTIONS:
Grana Padano is exceptional in the kitchen as well, perfectly adapting
to all types of recipes ranging from hors d'oeuvres to desserts. When
enjoyed by itself it prefers wines that are not too dry, slightly fruity
sparkling wines and Italian spumanti.
